While Brazil does not approve a specific regulation for the crypto market, some initiatives try to present solutions to the problem, such as ANBIMA.

The Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets Entities (ANBIMA) will present a self-regulation project for products with exposure to cryptoassets.

According to the institution, representatives of the financial market will discuss a set of rules for the sector.

Thus, companies that operate in the area will be able to participate in the construction of operational procedures and good practices aimed at the crypto market.

Although ANBIMA has not given further information about the process, it follows the example of ABCripto and continues to defend self-regulation initiatives for the sector.
