The law firm Carvalho, Machado and Timm Advogados (CMT) holds on November 21 in Porto Alegre the third edition of the Seminar “Cryptocurrencies: Financial, Tax and Regulatory Aspects”. The first two editions took place in Rio (3/7) and in São Paulo (25/9), respectively.

This edition of the Seminar will also feature the CEO of Transfero Swiss AG, Thiago Ramos Cesar, and the partner responsible for Banco Brasil Plural’s Operations Bureau, Willian Yoshihiro.

Transfero’s executive will comment on the company’s new investment funds and the BRZ, the main cryptocurrency backed by real. Additionally, the executive of Brasil Plural will give an overview of the bank’s activities in the cryptocurrencies area, including the relationship with exchanges and other crypto firms in Brazil.

Seminar will discuss different areas of cryptocurrencies

To address the legal aspects, the seminar will feature as speakers Cristiano Carvalho, Fabiane Verçosa and Rodrigo Dufloth. They are CMT partners and specialized in this new and complex theme.

The lawyer Cristiano Carvalho will address the tax aspects, Fabiane Verçosa will deal with financial and compliance issues and Rodrigo Dufloth will present legal and regulatory aspects.
