Subjects focused on the crypto market will be addressed in the new edition of Febraban Tech. According to the event’s program on technology, experts will speak about digital currencies and the metaverse.
Febraban Tech will take place between August 9 and 11, 2022. Before adopting this name, the event was called CIAB and is considered the largest event on technological innovation in the financial market in Latin America.
The 2022 Febraban Tech event is the 32nd edition of the meeting between experts and enthusiasts of the financial market. This time, crypto assets and blockchain technology will be present in two of the program’s eight lecture tracks.
This year’s edition of Febraban Tech will be held in August at the Bienal de São Paulo, in Ibirapuera Park.
Febraban Tech attendees can check out lectures on digital real through the track “Digital real, CBDCs and other assets: what changes in your wallet?”. Meanwhile, metaverse and non-fungible tokens will be addressed in the track “Metaverse, NFTs and the doors of the digital world”.
The track on the digital real will take place on August 10, 2022. The lecture will be attended by the coordinator of the CBDC project of the Central Bank of Brazil, Fábio Araújo.
Besides him, experts from the financial market will discuss the implementation of digital real in Brazil. On August 11, the track on metaverses will be conducted by the director of Lightfarm Studios and the global head of cryptos of 11:FS, Fernando Freitas and MaurÃcio Magaldi.
