Transfero Swiss is participating from September 22 to 24 in the SiGMA Americas event about the IGaming market. The category includes different types of online games such as poker and soccer betting. Transfero will have a virtual stand at the event, where it will present its digital payment solutions to companies in this market interested in accessing the Brazilian market.
This solution enables international companies to enter the Brazilian market at lower costs. It allows, for example, Brazilians to credit resources directly in reais in the platforms in which this solution is adopted. In practice, the resources deposited in reais are converted into BRZ and sent to the platforms. Likewise, the amount can be sent back to the client’s account and converted into reais.
Cryptocurrencies in the IGaming market
The event’s programming includes debates on regulation of the betting market in Latin America, including countries such as Brazil, Peru, Panama, Chile, Colombia and Argentina. The event will also bring discussions about the betting market in soccer and about the payment system and its bottlenecks in Latin America.
Recently, Transfero has closed a partnership with the exchange ZBX, through which Brazilians will have access to the international banking system and several pairs of cryptoassets through BRZ, cryptocurrency backed in real. ZBX is interested in providing its services to the international IGaming industry through the use of cryptocurrencies to access online gaming platforms.
SiGMA Americas already has planned other events
In parallel with SiGMA Americas, the ABIC will also be held, discussing the market of cryptocurrencies and blockchain in Latin America, including topics such as DeFi, fintechs and bitcoin as an instrument of protection against inflation.
SiGMA Americas already has a planned sequence. In February and May 2021, SiGMA Europe in Malta and SiGMA Asia in Manila are already scheduled.
