Transfero’s CEO, Thiago Cesar, is the only Brazilian among the 30 most influential personalities in the blockchain industry in the world, according to a ranking of the cryptocurrencies investment analyst Edward Moon, published on the technology website Hacker Noon. Cesar appears in the 11th position, above names such as Tyler Winklevoss, one of the twins who founded one of the world’s first regulated exchanges, and Vitalik Buterin, founder of Ethereum. Infomoney portal also reported the subject.

Moon highlights the leadership of the Brazilian executive in launching the token BRZ, the first stablecoin pegged to a currency of an emerging country, the Brazilian real, and which has already reached the trading volume of more than US$ 1 million per day.

Thiago Cesar commented on the presence of his name on the list. “I am very happy to see my name alongside people I consider extremely influential in the cryptocurrency universe. And this is nothing more than the result of a reality that we’d anticipated a few years ago, in which the cryptocurrencies would consolidate as an investment asset and a global store of value, especially in emerging countries like Brazil, where we launched the stablecoin BRZ”, he says.

Cryptocurrencies would later consolidate as an investment asset and a global store of value, especially in emerging countries such as Brazil.
